Dr.Song 20% Salicylic Acid Review

Dr.Song

Once again I get to review yet another great product from Dr.Song. I have reviewed Dr.Song’s Rosehip oil, Lactic Acid peel, and now I am reviewing their Salicylic acid… all GREAT products! The Salicylic acid is very similar to the lactic acid but there are a few differences. For one I don’t think the Salicylic acid stings as bad, at least it didn’t for me. And another difference is that I put the lactic acid all over (avoiding eyes and mouth) my face  and with the Salicylic acid I only applied it to my problem areas: blemishes, pores, red marks.

So far all the Dr.Song products that I have used came with droppers which makes it easier to control how much you use.

Let me show you how I use my Dr.Song Salicycic Acid

First I wash my face with a light facial cleanser (Do not use any face scrubs or washes with scrub beeds)

Next I pat my face dry with a clean wash rag

Put about 3 drops of Salicylic Acid onto a cotton ball or facial pad and apply it to problem areas leave on for about 2-3 minutes… Start with 30 seconds the first day and work yourself up! ( WARNING: AVOID EYES & MOUTH!) You only want to use this about 3 times a week.

Use a damp cloth to wipe Salicylic Acid off. Wait 10- 15 minutes and apply a good facial lotion.
