Allow dough to thaw and rise according to bread dough packaging. Place half a cap full of oil on a half sheet sized cake pan. Put some oil on your hands and begin to press the dough into the pan. (Here’s a little tip: If you’re having trouble with this put your pan with the half-pressed dough in the oven for about 1 minute, NO LONGER, take the pan out and the dough should be a little easier to work with. I normally have to do this about 2-3 times.) Make sure to pinch dough to sides of pan so you have a nice crust. Melt butter and add 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, mix well. Spread a thin layer of butter all over the crust on using a basting brush. ( I like the rubbery ones). Add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Bake pizza @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes basting the crust only with the butter mixture twice. A good way to test if your pizza is done is to get a spatula and gently lift the pizza. You will want to have a nice golden brown crust. When pizza is done baste one more time before cutting and serving.
