Guys, I did it! I made the worlds best roast beef sandwich! Okay, maybe not the “world’s” best but it’s good.. dang good. It’s sloppy, gooey, and warm, with a hint of spice.
Ham Salad Sliders with Spicy Mustard Sauce
I served these ham salad sliders at our super bowl party along with some other recipes that came by special request including my Buckin’ Bronco Nachos. I always like serving my recipes to a small crowd to get their reaction before posting them to my website.
Weighing in just under 400 calories I give you the Garlic Chicken burger! Makes 3 larger patties (if you are using something like Kaiser rolls) or 4 smaller patties (if you are using normal hamburger bun)
