Materials Needed:

Step 1. Join our monthly digital printable subscription group to get access to this cute farmhouse-inspired cow print.  To join, simply click HERE . By joining you will not only have access to this digital print, but all past prints, too!

Step 2.  Take 1 wood slice/piece shaped to your liking (I found mine at Hobby Lobby), and then take some scrap paper of your liking (I also used scrap paper I found at Hobby Lobby for this project), and trace the wood slice onto the scrap paper.

Step 3.  Use scissors to carefully cut out the traced piece of scrap paper.

Step 4.  Next, put some Mod Podge onto the wood slice and carefully lay the cut piece of scrap paper over top of the wood slice carefully to avoid any air bubbles.  Carefully press down onto the paper to secure it over the top of the wood slice.  Allow to dry.

Step 5.  Then, take a sanding block and carefully sand around the edges of the wood slice.  So that the scrap paper sort of molds into the wood.

Step 6.  Using the cow print from our monthly digital printable subscription group, carefully tear around the edges of the cow print, then add some Mod Podge to the back of our print and carefully place the cow print over the center of the scrap paper covered wood slice.  Hold into place until it dries.

Step 7.  Next, take a drill and carefully drill two holes at the top of the project; one hole on each side.

Step 8.  Take some antique wax and use a baby wipe to carefully put antique wax around the edges of the project and then wipe it off.  Allow to dry.  This will create a more rustic finish to your craft.

Step 9.  Take a small heart wood slice, I purchased mine from Hobby Lobby, and stain the heart with some antique wax as well.  Allow to dry.

Step 10.  Next, take some greenery of your liking, and secure it over the top center of the wood slice using hot glue.  Allow to dry. Then, add some small dried flowers over top of the greenery, securing into place with hot glue.  Allow to dry.

Step 11.  Hot glue the stained heart wood slice onto the top of the greenery and flowers over the top center of the project. Allow to dry.

Step 12.  Then, take some rusty wire and put it through the drilled holes at the top of the project and secure the wire by twisting it around the front holes.  This will allow the project to hang. Enjoy!
