Cake Box S’mores Bundt Cake
Chocolate Ganache ( This Recipe was adapted from Martha Stewart)
  1. Pre Heat Oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, add all 7 ingredients and mix well. Pour or spoon (batter will be thick) batter into a greased and lightly floured bundt pan. Use a spatula to evenly smooth batter around bundt pan ( so it cooks evenly). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for about 15-20 minutes then turn out onto a clean tea towel. Allow cake to finish cooling completely, pour chocolate ganache (recipe below) on cake, and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Place the ganache covered cake in the fridge and allow the ganache to set ( about an hour). Once ganache has set, take the cake out then spread with marshmallow fluff around the top of the cake. Let the cake sit for about 10 minutes or until the marshmallow fluff runs down the sides of the cake. Using a kitchen torch, torch the marshmallow fluff till golden brown.
  1. Pour chocolate chips & Coffee granules into a heat -proof bowl and set aside. In a medium/small saucepan add heavy cream and butter. Heat on medium high until cream comes to a boil. As soon as it comes to a boil turn heat off and pour cream over chocolate and begin to whisk until you have ganache.
