Form ground beef into 4 even patties. Place each patty in the middle of a piece of foil. Season all patties with salt, pepper, and season salt. Add 3-4 thick slices of potato to each piece of foil on top of the patty, then season again with salt, pepper, and season salt. Next, add a few thick slices of onions and a few carrot coins to each piece of foil containing the patty and potatoes. Make “boats” by folding in the sides and then folding down the top of each piece of foil. You should now have 4 individual “boats” made out of foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Carefully open packs to avoid getting burned by steam. Serve with ketchup or BBQ sauce.
