Preheat oven according to biscuit dough packaging:
Roll each biscuit out until biscuit dough is doubled in size. Gently press rolled dough into a well-greased muffin tin. Scoop in apple pie filling so its even with the top of the muffin tin. Gently press sides of dough in. Bake according to biscuit dough packaging or until tops are golden brown and dough is cooked. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top with caramel sauce and crushed peanuts.
* If you like a softer apple cook the apple pie filling on the stove top on medium-high heat for about 20 minutes before filling biscuits in the muffin tin. Stir constantly and do not walk away as it will burn quickly.
