Whipped Icing
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, add sugar and shortening. Use a hand mixer to cream together. Add water, flour, baking powder, egg whites, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Pour batter into a greased 13×9 cake pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Whipped Icing
  1. Whip cream cheese and whipped cream together. Spread on cake. Pour one can of cherry pie filling on top of icing cake and spread out evenly.
