Stuffed Chicken & Shells Casserole Lately, I’ve been glancing through a lot of the old cookbooks I inherited from my Nana. In one of the books, I came across a recipe for Chicken Stuffed Shells. The recipe looked delicious, however, the directions had more steps than I cared to follow. Since I can sometimes be lazy in the kitchen I decided to simplify this recipe by turning it into a casserole. * My inspiration for this recipe came from Trisha Yearwoods Sweet & Saltines recipe. Ok, this recipe is quickly becoming a new family favorite! This stuff is so good.. seriously! Everyone that has tasted it so far has told me that it tastes just like caramel corn but with out the kernels.
