S’mores are my FAVORITE summer food hands down. I decided to throw some of my favorite flavors together to make one stupendous S’more. So, today’s #CookieMonday post isn’t so much a recipe but more of a technique to making a yummy S’more. < Ingredients: foil 9 Apple slices (core apple and slice thinly on mandolin) 1 sheet of Puff pastry ( thawed) 1 Tbsp. Butter 4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon Directions: ** Preheat oven to 400 degrees Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Unroll puff pastry and butter like you would a slice of bread ( about 1 Tbsp.). Set aside. In a small bowl mix 4 Tbsp. Brown sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Spread onto buttered puff pastry.
