Deep Fried Pizza Tortellinis
* Warning: these are very addicting. Ingredients: 1 – bag cheese tortellini’s 1 – Cup breadcrumbs ( I used plain) 2 – eggs 1 -Cup Mozzarella cheese 10-15 pepperonis ( diced into small pieces OR you could buy a pack of the mini pepperonis) Directions: * I use a deep frying pan to fry these. Make sure your oil is hot enough before you put your tortellini’s in or they will get soggy. I have never used a deep fryer for these but it could be done that way, as well.
